ZoneGuard Portable Kit
The portable kit is durable and lightweight enough (under 5lbs per device) to easily transport the equipment between job sites and can be setup in minutes (just create your work zone, connect to the network, and you’re ready to go). The portable kit’s detection and alerting system can be customized for every customer through configurable detection settings. This allows the ZoneGuard team to test specific scenarios where alerts should be generated (train, hi-rail vehicles) and should not be generated (people, cars, etc), and allows customers to have the system tailored to their unique environment.

The train detection module (TDM) uses integrated internal sensors to detect on-track vehicles as they approach a work zone.

The RWIC (grey), watchman (yellow), and crew members (blue) will receive alerts on their wearable devices when trains enter established work zones.
